Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 3:30 PM EST will ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day.
We may use the following carriers: FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Our orders ship via FedEx within 48 continental U.S. states, Canada, Latin America , Europe, Middle East. FedEx does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Overnight orders placed Friday before 3 PM EST will ship the same day. Unless the special Saturday delivery overnight option is checked, the delivery date is the following Monday.
Only shipping services with the transit time in the title (Overnight, 2 days, etc.) are guaranteed transit times. All other transit times (Ground, Priority, etc.) are estimates and not guaranteed by the carrier or us.
FREE SHIPPING—Selected items qualify for free shipping on orders over €650. At our discretion, some items, such as safes, doors, hinges, machines, and large or irregular items, are excluded. When choosing the free shipping option, there will be a handling fee* of €35.99 on orders over 10 lbs.
HANDLING FEE—If you choose the free shipping option, a handling fee of €35.99 will apply to orders over 10 lbs.
FLAT RATE OVERNIGHT—For orders over €650, under 2 lbs, and 17″ in length, we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver Flat Rate for €35.95. Orders over 2 kg do not qualify for flat rate overnight and are charged at current shipping rates.
The freight cost of safes, doors, hinges, some machines, and large or irregular items depends on the product’s size, weight, and amount. If you choose FedEx shipping over Freight shipping when applicable, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. A sales representative will contact you with the best available shipping arrangements for these items.
*The handling fee covers additional costs associated with heavier orders, such as extra packing material, boxes, and labor.
Orders to Middle East and Latin America will not qualify for free shipping unless they fit in a flat-rate envelope or box.
International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and may incur import taxes, duties, brokerage, and/or other fees depending on the importing country’s laws. The package recipient is responsible for all costs associated with importing products from the Italy and arranging for brokerage if required.
Signature Required
We suggest sending signature-required packages with a value over €1000. When checking out, you will be required to select to either add or decline the signature requirement. All packages with a value over €2000 will need to be shipped Signature-Required every time, with no exceptions.
If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery, please write a note to the driver, with the tracking #, asking to leave the package at a safe location and sign.
The shipping carrier will provide a tracking number. We will update your order with the tracking information via email, phone call, or the e-commerce platform used. Please note that some orders may take longer to be processed, depending on the manufacturer.
Late shipments:
Weather can sometimes cause delays in package deliveries, even if the weather in your location is fine. Therefore, it’s important to plan ahead.
If your package arrives later than expected, please let us know so we can request a refund from the shipping company. Keep in mind that events like severe weather, known as acts of God, are typically not eligible for refunds. However, situations such as mechanical failures often are. If we receive a refund, you will also receive a refund from us.
If an item is missing or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48-hour period.
Canceled orders may be credited as store credit or refunded with a 3% credit card fee.

Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full before being processed using the following platforms: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram, and in-store Cash payment.
Purchases
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, an error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Backorders
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the rest when the item becomes available. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Sales Tax
Italy will have to pay taxes unless they are exempt.

Earning Points
Points are typically earned by placing and paying for orders on our site at 1 point per €1 spent. This rate is subject to change at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, sales and special promotions.
Points can also be earned by completing certain tasks. These tasks may include but are not limited to sharing our page on Facebook, following our page on Instagram, or writing a product review. You can view all the ways to earn points in the “Ways to earn” section of the rewards panel in the lower left of your screen when visiting our website at https://hexagon-leica-geosystem.com/. Points earned may vary based on the task completed.
To earn points, you must have an account registered at https://hexagon-leica-geosystem.com/ and be logged in when taking action to earn points. Additionally, when earning by placing an order, the order must be fully paid for at the time of placement. Orders paid for using Klarna, even in installments, are considered fully paid for at the time of placement and are eligible to earn points. Pay by Phone and Phone orders are not eligible for point rewards.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for coupons to use when placing new orders. We currently have four levels of point redemptions.

Expiration of Points
Points will expire on a 6-month (180 days) rolling basis with a lack of account activity. If you earn points on January 1, 2023, your points will expire on June 30, 2023 (180 days later) unless you earn more points within the 6 months. Every action that earns you points will extend the expiration date of all your points by 6 months.
Points are discretionarily rewarded and retain no monetary entitlement. We reserve the right to deny the distribution or redemption of points and modify point totals or values as necessary at any time, for any reason, without disclosure. Methods of earning and redeeming points are subject to change at any time, for any reason, without disclosure.
